Terms, prices and conditions
All of our tours are available from your arrival at the airport until your departure to the airport.
We consider a typical business day to be 8 hours in lengthy; our interpreters are available to work additionally beyond the typical business day time should you need them.? The additional work time fee is 20 Euro per hour for interpreters, and 35 Euro per hour for consultants.
All transportations and meal fees are not included in our tours during the contract time for interpreters and consultants. Transportation and meal fees can be separately contracted as desired or needed.
All prices stated here are based on our local area, Xiamen (China), and other areas where we have our interpreters and consultants currently situated.
Should you need or desire our staff to travel to other areas of China or Asia at any time, full costs of air and ground transportation, accommodations, and meals would be added to the hourly rate.
If you want us to source suppliers or organize meetings before your arrival, please consult us for pricing on this service.
Tours booked for groups can be canceled 8 days prior your scheduled arrival or if you do not have at least 5 people in your group. We strongly suggest you to book as earlier as possible to insure availability
.30% deposit is requested when booking tours. This will allow us to prepare and organize your business trip and reserve appropriate staff. The deposit can be refunded if you cancel your trip 8 days prior to your scheduled tour. If your tour is canceled with less than the 8 day notification period, we will charge a banking transfer fee against your refund.
